Snake Doodles

I did this one after my first attempt with the one below.

My first attempt...

There are things I like and do not like about the top image that I cannot put my finger on... perhaps less textureing and less "rendering" to try too hard to push for a realistic look.

Trail and error, I guess... 

Edit: I hate hands... ;P

Is this a "Tank Dragon"?

After I created this Blog named "TankDragon", I thought of this a few days afterwards and had to get it out of my head.
